The Caramel Swan
With just a whiff, This little heart was smitten. By sweetest of scents, That adorned his caramel skin. Pearly little smile. His lips; small and sublime, Cupid's bow so sharp, Yet delicate in design. His hair, like parted date palm crown. Overflowing oasis down the dune, curving into a tiny splash, down his swan-like neck. His brisk, elegant walk, not an arc in his back, , each step at a uniform spot, Like spun into motion by cogs. A delicate heart but oh so strong, Threads of experience hold it firm. His pyramid nose, with a tip so fine, that does not carry a grain of pride. A man of valour; avarice devoid, I pray; at some distant day, to be his bride. Nothing more dear I hold than his love, no man but him in my heart; I assure, would reside.
