This song is the perfect definition of love or shall I say the stages of love, how it takes place, Ahista Ahista. That's how two people who love each other will overcome the obstacles. This song is a beautiful part of my school days. I still remember when the trailer of Laila Majnu was out, I was so overwhelmed. I had love at first sound. Is there anything like that? Love at first sound or melody? Well I stan Arijit Singh and Jonitha Gandhi which is another reason why I am writing about this particular underrated gem and not any other song. The stages of falling in love is so beautiful. Isn't it? This is much more than just a song for me because it defines my life. Everytime I play this song, the Majnu to my Laila whispers in my ears, "Doori ye kam hi na ho Main neendon mein bhi chal raha Hota hai kal bewafa Ye aata nahin, chhal raha…" Being in a long distance relationship isn't everyone's cup of tea. The journey is amazing and this particular song defines our journey, where there's no rush. Butterflies explode in my stomach everytime I play it.
