A quick tour on how to talk to computers.

I speak English. I went to meet a person who doesn't speak English at all. Will the conversation go ahead? Of course not unless we both come to a common language that both of us can understand. Either the other person would try to understand English or I will have to try to understand his language.

Exact same thing happens when you want to talk a computer. Computer won't understand the languages you speak. Likewise you also won't understand computer's languages. So computer scientists came up with a common language that is understood by the computer as well as it's easy to learn for human. Any software or websites you are using write now they are written in one of computer’s language that computer or your smartphone(which is alos a mini computer) can easily understand and seeve you whatever you need.

A computer language is a language that human use to talk to a computer.

So yeah, it’s not far future when parents will teach one more language to their kids along with a natively spoken language. Think of computer language as a language like English but it’s even easier than English. The computer doesn’t have much of the vocabulary. Grammar is way simpler than English grammar.

Why are people so scared of it then?

It’s just human nature. Relate anything with academics and we will start giving bearth to fear. To be honest computer is too simple to learn than any language we speak in.

Is computer language just one language?

No. Like us we have English, Hindi, Marathi, French, Spanish there are variety od computer languages.

Python is the language first you should start with. It’s design in way that it almost feels like you are writing English.
